There are two firms on this website. The Law Offices of Robin A. DeVito and the Law Offices of Paul Daniel Marks.
The firms on this website limit their practice to Divorce, Family, and Matrimonial Law. Each is a Certified Specialist*, with decades of experience in litigation, fully trained in Mediation and Collaborative Divorce. Each has practiced Family Law in San Diego County for more than 25 years. Each maintains an independent practice, and there is no business relationship implied by their appearance on this site.
Each firm limits their practices to the Main or North County Branches of the San Diego Superior Court, representing clients from the entire county, including Carlsbad, Escondido, Oceanside, Vista, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Del Mar, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Valley Center, and the City of San Diego. They also represent clients from other states and foreign countries whose cases are in the Main or North County Branches of the San Diego Superior Court.
The firms handle all Matrimonial and Family Law cases, including Divorce [Dissolution], Annulment [Judgments of Nullity], Legal Separation, Child Custody, Child Support and Spousal Support or Alimony, Division of Property, Valuation of Businesses, Support Arrearages, Missed Assets, Paternity, Domestic Partnerships, Marvin Actions, Pre-Marital or Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Post-Marital Agreements, Guardianships of Children, Military Issues, Step-Parent Adoptions, and all related issues.
Each firm is committed to all forms of Alternate Dispute Resolution, trained and experienced in staying out of court, but more than capable of handling litigation if it becomes necessary. Each firm has served many years as a court appointed pro tem judge in Family Law cases, assisting the courts in processing cases, acting as Settlement Judge, special master, or as a Private Judge.
Each has his or her individual law practice, unrelated to the other - they have joined in the maintenance of this site because of a common commitment representing people involved in these unpleasant matters.
